Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the stunning views from our spacious apartment on the 24th floor were truly breathtaking, especially from the outdoor balcony area. the proximity to shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance made it very convenient for us to explore the area.

While our overall experience was delightful, there were a couple of small improvements that could be made at this hotel. It would have been nice to have more drinking glasses available in the kitchen, as well as a few more dishwasher tablets provided for longer stays.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment near Surfers and Discount Factory Outlets at Labrador. Its location was so convenient, next to the metro and near the Parklands event we were attending. the apartment was spacious and well-furnished with all we needed. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the indoor pool and sauna were great to relax in. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable. We loved the view of the Broadwater and the beach with its playground was fantastic for our kids.

The amenities could be improved, as we found a few things missing.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. the location was ideal as it was close to everything. We had easy access to Woolworths metro, Surfers & Discount Factory Outlets at Labrador, and the event at the Parklands we were attending. Secondly, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Not to mention, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor lap pool that was great for the kids. Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Spacious apartment with great views. Responsive and attentive staff. Close to tram, restaurants, and supermarket. Fantastic indoor pool.

During our recent romantic escape, we appreciated the fact that our room had a wonderful view of the ocean. The location was also perfect for us as we were able to easily access nearby shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel comfortable.

We were disappointed that the room we received was not as clean as we had hoped, with the bathroom in particular showing signs of wear and tear. The bed was also quite uncomfortable and we woke up with stiff backs each morning.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at this hotel and we were truly impressed. the apartment we stayed in had the most stunning views we've ever seen - it was like waking up to a postcard every morning. the location was unbeatable with plenty of fantastic restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We also loved the fact that the apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

the cleaning could have been better, especially in the bathroom.

We stayed at this place for a weekend and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect as it was close to the event at the Parklands we were attending, as well as being conveniently located near Surfers & Discount Factory Outlets at Labrador. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and public transport options nearby, making it easy for us to get around. We were impressed with the amenities provided in the room, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The Wi-Fi was reliable and we loved having access to a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the views. The staff were friendly and attentive, resolving any issues we had quickly. All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel to families.

One thing to note is that there is no mention of cots being available for families with young children.
